Questionable Content Book Challenge 2012
In honor of all banned books, all burned books, all authors who have pushed the boundaries of their culture/time/gender and all proponents for freedom of speech I invite you to join me in a reading challenge during 2012.
THE RULES
Each month will feature 1 book which contains questionable content. None of these books are labelled as “erotica” by their publishers (except Delta of Venus but I couldn’t leave it out) but all contain either under-age sex, rape, bestiality, or incest. All have elements of this which are explicit enough to cause titillation.
You are invited to post a review of either the book of the month or another book which would qualify. If you post the book of the month you will receive 2 entries into the competition. A different book will receive 1 point.
You must post your review during the month to a minimum of GoodReads. Additional points will be added for posting to Amazon, your blog and any other sites you can think of (within reason, I don’t want to read your review on an antique car blog, come on now).
There is also a GoodReads Group for this Challenge
THE SPONSORS
If you are interested in sponsoring a month, please contact me directly. Sponsors will be asked to split the cost of the prize with me and offer a copy of a book they’ve written with questionable content to the month’s winner. The sponsor’s book will be featured on the Questionable Content page for the month they are sponsoring.
THE WINNER
The winner will receive the next month’s book for free in either print or ebook format as ever they choose. The December winner will be allowed to choose what book they would like from the previous books featured. Winners will also receive a free copy of the sponsoring book.

Love this idea – I’m in, totally! (but I can’t seem to make the button work
I think if you grab it from the widget in the sidebar it works. But the image link is: http://www.fightingmonkeypress.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Logo_Content.jpg and you can just link it back to this page. Thanks!
